Training & Workshops
Rangee offers a wide range of training courses and workshops for our resellers and end customers. There you will learn everything about the Rangee devices and will be specifically prepared for the use of Rangee products. To be able to get the reseller certification, at least one employee of the reseller has to be trained as Rangee Certified Administrator (RCA). This way we can guarantee that "certified resellers" can offer their customers optimal advice and support around the Rangee devices.
1. Reseller-Training
Content:
As part of the Rangee-Partner-Programme, Rangee GmbH offers specific qualified training courses to teach the correct use of Rangee products. During the training the participants learn the administration and configuration of the Rangee Thin or Zero Clients and the Rangee TCMS (Thin Client Management Server). After completion of the training you are a certified reseller and receive special services according to the Rangee-Partner-Programme.
- For workshops in our training rooms in Aachen, full catering for all participants is included
- Subsequently there will also be a little socialising in the city centre of Aachen for a delicious meal, where you can get to know each other better
- If it's required we can make a hotel reservation for our visitors

2. Workshop for end customers
Content:
This workshop should go deeper into practical examples for our Thin- and Zero-Clients. It's easier to answer specific questions in your daily handling if the workshop takes place at your company

3. Training and workshop for end customers
Content:
The participants learn the administration and configuration of the Rangee Thin or Zero Clients and the Rangee TCMS (Thin Client Management Server). The training is extended by another day and combined with a workshop. There the gained knowledge is deepened on the basis of practical examples. The workshop can also be held in your company so that it takes place in your specific network environment and that it's possible to clarify questions immediately.

4. Follow-Up and Troubleshooting
Content:
It is meant for reseller and end customers who already attended a training at Rangee and like to deepen their knowledge even more or refresh it. Certified resellers can extend their partner agreement after two years very cost-effective. You can receive your refreshment for quite favourable conditions. There it is shown which innovations were brought into the system and how you use them effectively.

5. Online workshop 4-8 hours
