RDP stands for Remote Desktop Protocol and was developed by Microsoft. Rangee Linux uses the open source RDP version 'rdesktop'. The RDP protocol allows connections to Windows NT 4 TSE, Windows 2000 Terminal Server, Windows XP, Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 Terminal Server.

Clicking on RDP Configuration in the left menu opens the menu for the RDP configuration. Within this RDP configuration you can choose between the two options global settings and new connection. The preconfigured RDP connections are listed below. These can be edited or deleted.
